Accused removed from service following an inquiry

C Ananda Rao, Junior Assistant, Office of the Mandal Revenue Officer of Gurramkonda mandal in Chittoor district was removed from the service following an inquiry by the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings in ACB case.
Earlier, the accused trapped by the officials of the Anti Corruption Bureau on December 18, 2002 when he accepted a bribe of Rs. 500 from the complainant for an official favor to hand over the certified copies of documents pertaining to the agricultural lands. In a separate case, the State Government issued orders withholding the entire pension and pensionery benefits off M Chandramouli formerly Village Secretary, Domalakunta village in Karimnagar based on the report of the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, AP, Hyderabad.
He was earlier trapped by the ACB officials on January 28,2003 when he accepted a bribe of Rs.1000 from the complainant for doing an official favor to process the file with regard to mutation certificate of his land.
