Hyderabad, March 11, 2008The Andhra Pradesh High Court taking a serious view of the perfunctory manner in which the State Government had responded in submitting a list of IAS officers against whom the ACB found evidence that they had indulged in corruption. Justice NV Ramana of the AP High Court today directed the government to submit the full list within two weeks. The High Court made the observation after an IAS officer, Shafiq-uz-Zaman, filed a writ petition complaining that the government had not given him details sought about withdrawal of charges against IAS officer in the State.
