Criminal revision petition filed by Nandini wife of Pavan Kalyan
Hyderabad, March 10, 2008The Justice GV Sitapati of the High Court admitted a criminal revision petition filed by Nandini, wife of cine actor Pavan Kalyan and ordered notices to the respondents including mega star Chiranjeevi and other members of the family. Nandini, filed a a case alleging that Pavan Kalyan had married another women without dissolving the marriage with her.
It may be recalled that the Court at Visakhapatnam had earlier dismissed the case on the charges of lack of evidence. Aggrieved with the judgment, she filed a revision case in the High Court. When the case come up for hearing before the Justice Sitapati, the Judge felt that the respondents have to submit their reply to the court within four weeks and adjourned the case.
