Hyderabad, June 2, 2008The State Government will launch the third phase of Indiramma housing programme for weaker sections in August under the name 'Indiramma Sambaralu' with the grounding of civil works in the plots of individual beneficiaries, according to the Minister for Housing, Botsa Satyanaryana who spoke with the media after a review meeting with the Chief Minister.
Minister Botsa said that letters of sanction of houses would also be presented to beneficiaries during the Sambaralu. The identification of beneficiaries would start on the 25th of this month under In tinta Indiramma programme. He said that the government would complete the houses sanctioned to the SCs and STs wherever they were not constructed due to financial constraints. Housing official would supervise the construction works. He said that the government had requested the National Housing Bank and rural banks to lower interest rates for loans to be sanctioned for the housing programme.
