To offer all banking services via online banking

The second largest bank in the country, ICICI Bank has announced that its customers need not go to the bank for their service and the services they required will be available at the click of a mouse.
According to bank sources, it launched B2-Branch free banking' that enable the customers to get all the required services direct online banking. This is the first of its kind in the country according to bank sources.
For using these services, the customers need not pay any extra amount. It clarified that even if the balance is not sufficient, the bank offers to its customers quantum optima facility. The bank urged the customers to be more careful as the online banking is a secured one.
