High Court deals takes up defamation case filed by Brahmini Steels MD Janardhana Reddy

The Karnataka High Court Single Bench Judge V Ramesh issued summons to the Chairman of the Eenadu Group Ch Ramoji Rao to appear personally before the Court on November 28. The Court is dealing with a defamation case filed by Brahmani Steel MD, G Janardhana Reddy filed a defamation case against him for publishing some baseless remarks on him.

The defamation case was filed in October 28, 2005. Even after a lapse of three years, Ramoji Rao did not attend the court. The advocate on behalf of Janardhana Reddy on Wednesday presented his arguments. Basing on the arguments, the High Court judge issued orders to this effect.
