High Court directs Government not to finalize and pass orders

Another twist for Building Regularization Scheme

A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, comprising Chief Justice Anil Ramesh Kumar Dave and Justice Ramesh Ranganathan today directed the government not to finalize and pass final orders in regard to the applications received under Building Regularization Scheme.

Recently, a writ petition was filed challenging the scheme and today while passing the orders, the bench directed the government to file its counter within ten days and adjourned the matter.
