To clear off extra rush of traffic during festival season
Hyderabad, January 10, 2008
The South Central Railway (SCR) is running 36 special trains to clear the extra rush of traffic during the Sankranti festival from January 10 to 19.
According to a press release by SCR said that as man;y as 12 special trains are between Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam, 18 between Secunderabad and Vijayawada, 4 between Secunderabad/Lingampalli and Kakinada and 2 between Secunderabad and Tirupati.
These trains are run with maximum number of coaches, the release said.
