Students rushed to hospital
Hyderabad, September 29, 2007The afternoon mid-day meal program at Pesalabanda in Adoni Mandal in Kurnool turned into an unwanted situation after about 60 students who took the meal complained illness. 30 students are rushed to the local hospital while the others are rushed to Kurnool district.
Primary sources say that the food might be contaminated and its intake made the students ill. The condition of many of the students bettered gradually. Local political leaders paid a visit to the hospital and reviewed the students condition.
