Submits report before the Court
Hyderabad, September 21, 2007The sensational death case of Prashant Reddy has taken another turn. As per Forensic lab reports, it is a case of suicide, the officials of CID maintains that land dispute is the reason for his death. To this effect, they submitted a report to the Court.
According to reliable sources Venkat purchased land on the instructions from Prashant Reddy. The 12 acres of land was purchased in Mirjapur in Ranga Reddy district. Though the land price is Rs.3.8 lakhs, he asked Venkat to purchase the same at Rs.5 lakhs. The said land is actually a disputed land. Difference of opinion have cropped up between Prashant Reddy and Venkat on this issue.
The CID officials maintained that firing has taken place and claim that the Jubilee Hills police have not dealt the case in a proper way and that they handed over the case to the CID on the instructions from the Government.
