Police registers case; Begins investigating

Kurnool, September 15, 2007

On Saturday, 13 inmates managed to escape from the Juvenile Home located at Doctors Colony in Kurnool district. According to Three Town Police Sub Inspector, D Muralidhar Reddy, the 13 inmates were kept under observation in the Juvenile Home. One of them, Mahaboob Bhasa hatched the escape plan and all the 13 children escaped by breaking the doors and windows.

The Sub Inspector who visited the home said that they registered a case and took up investigation. It is learnt that the inmates fled the Juvenile Home to take part in the Vinayaka Chavithi celebrations.
