Case related to alleged rape of a minor girl by constable

The Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Commission Chairman Justice B Subhashan Reddy directed the Visakhapatnam City Police Commissioner N Sambasiva Rao to give a reply on the alleged rape of a minor girl by a AP Special constable in Madhurawada on Monday.

The Commission which took up suo motu inquiry into the incident following a press report. He issued a notice to the Commissioner of Police and asked him to reply by September 28, 2007.
