Opens first Wellness store at Hyderabad

The Reliance Wellness, yet another format from Reliance Retail opened its first store in the country on Thursday. Reliance Retail seems to have picked Hyderabad as their test bed for retail format. It may be recalled Reliance Retail too launched its first store in Hyderabad about a year ago.
According to the company, Reliance Wellness stores would be opened in 1200 shops in 51 cities across the country in about three years time frame. Speaking at press conference on Thursday, N Khanna, President and CEO of the Wellness and FMCG division said that initially, 20 Wellness stores would be set up before the end of the year.
They would offer pre-emptive, curative, health and beauty solutions with world class products to customers. Customers could take 'Reliance One loyalty card' free of cost to save points on purchases in any of the Reliance retail stores and redeem them, he said.
