RTC to run 816 special buses from Hyderabad

Bus Pass Counter to remain closed on October 21

Hyderabad, October 18, 2007

The Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) Town Regional Division is running 816 special buses to clear off the festival rush on October 19, 20 and 21 to various parts of the state. These buses will run from BHEL, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, Ameerpet, Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Uppal and ECIL. Advance booking for these can be made through about 120 RTC agents.

Meanwhile, all the bus pass counters in the city will remain closed on October 21 in view of Vijayadashami. The centres will be open from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. All centers will work as usual starting Monday.
