Hyderabad, October 17, 2007The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday granted conditional bail to K Venkat Rao, the prime accused in the suspicious murder case of Prashant Reddy. A Vacation Court granted bail to him while allowing a petition filed by the accused.
Justice Chandraih made it clear that the accused Venkat must make himself available to the CID and also be present before the investigating officer once in a week.
