Four persons arrested in this connection

Despite tight security cover in the state capital city, Hyderabad a group of four persons gang raped a women for over three hours in a car on late night on Monday. According to police sources, the victim aged 30 years came from Mahabubnagar to visit her husband Bhaskar who is undergoing tests at the Gandhi Hospital for TB.
According to Chilkalguda Sub Inspector, M Raju said that she alighted the train at around 11pm at Secunderabad and had her dinner. As she made her way to the bus stand, an Indica car screeched to a halt in front of her and the very next minute, the four youths dragged her inside and sped away. They raped the women in the moving car and then in an isolated place at Warasiguda. She managed to free herself from their clutches and ran inside an apartment in the locality. She woke up the residents who in turn informed the police around 2 AM. Meanwhile, the culprits fled away from the scene.
The police swung into action and arrested the four youths all are residents of Shahbazguda in Chilkalguda and seized the car. The police registered cases of kidnap and rape against the four and sent them to judicial custody. The police sent the victim to Gandhi Hospital for medical examination.
