Condition of two children critical
East Godavari, November 9, 2007
In a ghastly road accident near Annavaram on the National Highway on Friday, an Assistant Divisional Engineer of Electricity, his wife Vanitha, a close relative whose identify is yet to be ascertained and the car driver are killed.
Police sources said that the engineer along with his family members was retuning from Visakhapatnam to Vijjeswaram in a car when a lorry lost control and collided with it. While the engineer, his wife and the driver died on the spot and the close relative in the hospital.
According to available sources, the condition of the two children who were admitted to the General Hospital with severe injuries are said to be critical. The Tuni Rural Circle Inspector is investigating the case.
