TRS office to get Telangana Talli statue soon

Similar statues all over the region soon, says KCR

Hyderabad, November 2, 2007

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandrasekhara Rao said that the party office in Hyderabad will get the Telanagana Talli statue on November 15, 2007. He said that the statue will be brought in a procession to its Banaja Hills office. Cultural programs depicting the richness of the Telangana region and all-religion prayers will be conducted on the day, he said. Similar statues of the Telanagana Talli will be set up across the region till the mid of the December.

Chandrasekhara Rao invited the general public to send in their contributions on Telangana. He said that famous poets Deshapati Srinivas and Nandini Sidda Reddy will be the judges to pick the best of the contributions.
