Four arrested in connection to the case handed over to Hyderabad Police

It may be recalled that one U Nageswara Rao who was kidnapped by some unidentified persons were caught hold and while bring them in a jeep to Hyderabad, the kidnapped Nageswara Rao died due to heart stroke. The Gangadhara Police have registered a case.
According to police sources, four of the nine accused V Sairam, A Satyam Goud, G Jithendar and S Rajesham who were taken into custody by local police already and handed over to Hyderabad police team on Tuesday. The five persons who have reportedly given shelter and other assistance to the kidnappers are at large.
Speaking to the media at a press conference, the Superintendent of Police, Y Gangadhar said that they identified cigarette burns and scratches on the body. The victim was reportedly tied in chains said the Superintendent of Police and said that according to preliminary postmortem report spleen and kidneys of the victim were damaged and the matter was referred to Forensic Science Laboratory. The police have registered cases under Sec. 174 of CRPC and the case may be amended on the basis of the final report of the postmortem given by the FSL said the SP. The body of the victim was handed over to the family members on Monday.
