Demands Minimum Support Price for paddy

The Telugu Desam Party will organize 'Rythu Garjana' in Vijayawada on November 24 to highlight the demand in hike of Minimum Support Price for paddy to Rs.1,000.
Speaking to media on Saturday, the TDP district president Y Ramana Murty said that the party would launch a State wide agitation if the government fails to ensure remunerative price to the farmers for their produce.
The TDP leaders DVG Sankara Rao, KA Naidu, P Ramakrishna and K Murali Mohan Rao were present on the occasion.
