Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker KR Suresh Reddy on Wednesday issued notices t the nine rebel MLAs belonging to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi for casting their votes in the recently held Legislative Council elections defying the directive of the party.

The notices were issued on two counts - supporting candidature of another party in the Council pools though they were elected on a particular party in the Assembly and defying the whip issued by party leader. The MLAs were asked to respond to both the notices before May 17 and May 25 respectively.
