Categorization of SCs

At a press conference on Thursday, the MRPS leader Manda Krishna Madiga said raising a pitch for categorization of Scheduled Castes, Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS) will launch a 'Madiga upakula Jaitra yatra' on a bicycle on June 11 from Anantapur and the yatra will end at Hyderabad on July 21.
He said that the yatra will reach the State Capital after covering Rayalaseema and Telangana and end with a public meeting. He appealed all sub sects of SCs including Malas to come together and fight for justice.
He said that he would invite the Chief Minister, Dr. YS. Rajasekhara Reddy, Floor leaders in the Assembly and senior leaders of all political parties for the meeting. He added that the Sate Executive meeting had resolved to make the meeting to be held on July 21 a grand success.
