CCS officials conducted searches of Lingaiah's houses

Officials of the Central Crime Station (CCS), who are investigating the fake passport scandal and alleged human trafficking by TRS MLA K Lingaiah on Wednesday at his residences the MLAs' quarters at Errum Manzil Colony and also at Godavrikhani in Karimnagar district.

The CCS officials who conducted searches for about three hours seized some incriminating documents including the original passport application form signed by his wife at Godavrikhani residence. He was interrogated by a few hours in the presence of his lawyers. The police are on the look out for another TRS MLA S Bapurao who represents Boath in Adilabad constituency for his alleged involvement in the fake passport scandal.
