Hyderabad, May 1, 2007A Division Bench of the High Court comprising Justice GS Singhvi an Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy on Tuesday directed all municipal authorities to remove encroachments in their respective limits with in three months. The Court further ordered that no political party or functionaries of the State should interfere in the removal of encroachments and such action would invite in prosecution.
