Hyderabad, March 4, 2007

A shocking incident took place in holy temple. A 22-year-old Ch Nagaraj raped a minor girl aged four years at Maruti Nagar under Langer Houz Police station limits. It is reported that the incident took place a 9.15pm when the victim went to the temple along with her mother and two-year-old sister.

The accused is an electrician who is installing decorative lights at the temple who spotted the two sisters playing there. He took them upstairs luring them to show multi colored lamps, took the victim inside a room, and assaulted her sexually.

The mother after the Darshan noticed the missing on the girls who was told by some devotees that the electrician has taken them to the first floor. She was shocked to see her daughter screaming in pain, her shorts soaked with blood, and she raised an alarm. The other devotees came to the spot and alerted the police who arrested him and send the girl to hospital for medical examination. A case under section 376IPC was registered against him and was produced in the court.
