Hyderabad, March 29, 2007

The City of Pearls, Hyderabad, will be a co-venue for the 4th Edition of the World Military Games. A Digital countdown clock marking the 200-day count down of the games was unveiled by Andhra Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur

200 service personnel marched towards Lumbini Park in the torch-lit run. The participation of large crowds has raised the enthusiasm giving Hyderabad the necessary confidence to host global sports meets. Military Pipe and the Jazz Bands kept the spirits raising.
