Telugu Desam Party to celebrate Silver Jubilee on March 29

Adilabad, March 16, 2007

The Silver Jubilee of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) will celebrated in the capital on March 29 and the venue is yet to be decided by the Party Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu. He will decide the venue in consultation with party senior leaders on March 19.

The party will observe Ugadi on March 20 as its State Head Quarters in the city and panchagasravanam will be a part of it. The Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS) has also decided to celebrate Ugadi on March 20.

At a meeting, N. Chandrababu Naidu said that it was resolved to organize the party's three day Mahanadu at Tirupati in the last week of May.
