Hyderabad, March 15, 2007

On Thursday's Nayeemuddin, a former naxalite and accused no.2 in the murder case of the IPS officer KS Vyas who was present in the Nampally Criminal Court escaped in the afternoon. Following the mysterious disappearance, the Court issued a non-bailable warrant against the accused.

It is learnt that he informed the court constable that he was going to attend to natures' call and vanished from the court premises. His two henchmen, working as body guards for him, who were waiting outside the court are said to have driven away on a motorcycle.
