CM says Government is keen on implementation of GO

Hyderabad, June 3, 2007

The Chief Minister, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy has said that the Government is keen on implementing GO No.610 in the police and education departments by the end of this month. He was addressing a press conference on Sunday after a six hour long review of 12 different departments in Medak district with officials an people's representatives.

He said that out of the 5000 outsiders identified in both the department, nearly 2500 employees would be repatriated to their native zones. However, he made it clear that fifty percent of the outsiders belong to Andhra Region an the remaining belong to other Telangana districts. He was categorical in saying that employees from other Telangana zones would also be sent back.
