House Panel to meet on Saturday on GO 610

To discuss about GO 610 implementation

Hyderabad, June 29, 2007

To take stock of the situation on the implementation of GO 610, the House Committee on Monitoring Panel will meet on Saturday. The meeting gains significance in the backdrop of the deadline announced by the Chief Minister, Dr.YS Rajasekhara Reddy on the Floor of the House that the GO would be implemented by June 30.

The TRS and TDP parting are getting ready to take on the Government as the implementation process has not yet commenced. T Harish Rao said that they will examine to what extent that the GO was implemented. The TRS president K Chandrasekhara Rao said that this was only the beginning of the episode on the GO No. 610 and there many more in store. TDP leader K Yerran Naidu said that his party was committed to the implementation of the GO and appointed Girglani Committee in the past.

However, the seven MLAs who resigned from the House Committee are yet to decide on attending the meeting.
