Hyderabad, June 19, 2007

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary and Andhra Pradesh Congress Affairs in charge Digvijay Singh said that it would be the turn of the Congress party to face the anti incumbency factor in the next general elections and these are the testing times for the party. Speaking on the final day of the training camp for the first batch, he advised them to improve the credibility of the party and reporting on the status of implementation of various schemes to the government are among the gigantic tasks before the party cadre.

He further said that the party leaders and cadres have to improve their credibility among the people to win in the next elections. He advised them to abide by the decisions taken by the party national leadership and said that the party cannot function without discipline.

He also advised the ministers and MLAs to be friendly with the party workers and treating hem tenderly. He said that the Chief Minister is watching the performance of ministers, MLAs and MLCs and he will take decision as and when required.
