Hyderabad, July 3, 2007

No progress was seen in the talks between the State Government and the Left parties that met at Hyderabad. Minister Dharamana Prasada Rao represented the Government while the Left parties are represented by their leaders including Raghavulu, Y Venkateswara Rao, Jelli Wilson amongst others. Representatives from the Congress party includes Kiran Kumar Reddy, Paladugu Venkatarao, Kodanda Reddy and others.

The meeting ended with both the sides not coming to a consensus. The left parties says the Government is talking a delaying stance for implementing the recommendations of the Koneru Ranga Rao Land Committee.
