ACB unearthed assets worth over Rs. 46 lakhs

The officials of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) unearthed disproportionate assets worth over Rs. 46 lakhs belonging to M Gangadharam, Assistant Sub Inspector of Police working in the Balaji Nagar police station in Nellore.
According to sources, his assets include five plots at Nellore, one double storeyed building, a shopping complex and costly house hold items and the searches are still continuing.
Meanwhile, in another incident, the officials of the ACB caught red handed one S Satyanarayana, an Assistant Engineer working in APCPDCL in Mominpet mandal in Ranga Reddy district while accepting a bribe of Rs. 8,000 from the complainant for erecting a transformer pertaining to Arunodaya Industries.
