State Government determined to foil the TRS effort

Hyderabad, July 1, 2007

The State Government is determined to foil the Telangana Rashtra Samithi's plan to siege to the Secretariat on Monday against the alleged non seriousness of the Congress Government in implementing the GO 610 to repatriate the non local employees.

The TRS president K Chandrasekhara Rao ill lead he party activists who will gather at Indira Park before their proposed march to the Secretariat. The Police denied permission for the programme and decided to stop them from going ahead. The police took custody party workers in Adilabad and Khammam while they were ahead for the State Capital.

The TRS charged the ruling party's lack of seriousness on their part to repatriate the non locals from Telangana. In fact , the implementation of the order was part of an understanding between them. The Government had even promised this in its election manifesto.
