Banks told to be careful about counterfeit currency notes in ATMs
Hyderabad, January 8, 2007
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday issued a fresh instructions that counterfeit currency should not be dispensed though ATMs or across the exchange counters under any circumstances. The public could verify the genuineness of notes from information posted on the RBI website.
