The committee of officials headed by the Chief Secretary J. Harinaryana charged with reviewed the implementation of GO 610 has directed the senior officials to send all the required particulars to the General Administration Department by January end.

In a meeting attended by heads and secretaries of all the Government departments, the Chief Secretary directed them that the cadre strength should be fixed in addition to identifying all units of appointments in departments.

Local status should be entered in the service registers and figures of local/non local in each category for each unit of appointment up to Gazetted level as on December 31, 2006 should be complied with.
