Chief Minister firm on setting up of IIT at Isnapur

Clarifies to MLAs and MPs of Adilabad

The Chief Minister, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy has affirmed that the IIT sanctioned to the State will be set up at Isnapur in Medak district and not in Basar. He made the same clear to a delegation of MPs and MLAs who met him on Friday.

He said that the decision to establish the IIT at Isnapur was taken in view of the various infrastructure facilities insisted upon by the Central Government including air, rail and road links.
