Civil Liberties organizations urged the Government
Hyderabad, January 24, 2007The Civil Liberties organizations have urged the State Government to follow the prison manual and release eligible prisoners periodically once in every three months. Speaking to media on Wednesday, APCLC leaders ML Khan, D. Suresh Kumar, KVK Subramanyam, Human Rights Forum leader K. Murali said the government should not postpone the release of eligible prisoners for the sake of two prisoners.
