Fake currency worth over Rs 3.75 lakhs seized

Two persons arrested

The Jangareddygudem police on Wednesday arrested two persons, A. Nagaraju and D. Vijay Ratnam and recovered fake currency notes worth Rs. 3.75 lakh from them. The Superintendent of Police M. Jagan Mohan Reddy told to media that the two were arrested at Butaigudem Crossroads. The police seized two cell phones, a two-wheeler and the counterfeit currency all in denominations of Rs. 500.
