Officials unearthed disproportionate assets worth over Rs. 70 lakhs
Hyderabad, February 8, 2007The officials of the Anti Corruption Bureau on Thursday unearthed disproportionate assets worth over Rs. 70 lakhs belonging to N. Ranga Rao, Deputy Director of Mines and Geology at Kakinada. Simultaneous searches conducted at the office and residence of the official revealed that he owned a house near Eluru, three plots in Vijayawada and Hyderabad, an apartment besides huge bank balances, gold ornaments and household articles. The searches are going on.
