Two employees murdered
Nellore, February 23, 2007
The dacoits murdered two aged employees in the wee hours on Friday morning and looted the Durga Devi temple hundi. According to police sources, B. Vengaiah and Nagamma, both who work for the temple were murdered with iron rods and broke open the hundi and iron safe and decamped with gold ornament weighing more than 30 grams. They also broke open the shutters of six shops infront of the temple and made away with Rs. 10,000 in cash. The police are investigating the case.
