To keep in pace with the growing financial needs of the country, ICICI Bank has chosen to build its 44-storeyed mega facility in the Hyderabad. The facility would come up in the outskirts of the city and will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 1,000 crores. According to the Managing Director APICC, BP Acharya, the Bhoomipuja for the mega building was done a couple of weeks back and the work is going on. The building is coming up in an eight-acre plot, the facility would serve as a nodal centre for all financial services of the bank and provide employment to over 25,000 financial services professionals.

With this, the State blips prominently on the radar of global financial service providers. In the recent past, Franklin Templeton has also announced its largest facility centre here. In addition, the United Bank of Switzerland already has a strong presence in the State.
