The Andhra Pradesh State Police Officers Association President V Anataramulu died on Friday night.
According to sources, he was suffering from leukemia for the past five years and is taking treatment at Care Hospital for the past six days. During his entire career, he was awarded 58 rewards, 4 appreciation letters, and one Seva Pathakam along with many awards for his services.
The General Secretary of the Association KV Ramanarasimha Reddy said that the funeral will take place on Saturday and his body is being placed at the association office from 9am to 12noon for paying tributes to the departed leader.
