Department in the process of developing necessary software
Hyderabad, August 7, 2007
The customers of Postal Department will have the facility of core postal services by the end of the year. The Department is gearing up to provide the facility of anywhere banking to the customers of its various savings schemes.
The concept has been developed on the lines of core banking solutions that most of the commercial banks are currently offering. A city based team of the Department is in the process of developing the required software for the project according the postal authorities.
