Hyderabad, August 23, 2007

The Chief Minister, Dr.YS Rajasekhara Reddy on Thursday launched Samskruti, the first of its kind multi religious spiritual and cultural television channel in South India.

The round the clock channel that is being promoted by the popular TV 9 news channedl would air programmes on various aspects of different religions as well as culture.

Samskruti would compete with NTV's Bhakti TV that is getting ready to start airing shortly.
