Says false letter are sent to Forest Ministry

The Obulapuram Mining Company Director G Janardhana Reddy on Saturday filed a petition in the Junior Civil Judge Court at Rayadurg with the charges of cheating against Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu, Karnataka Chief Minister, HD Kumaraswamy and others. He alleged that Chandrababu Naidu and K Yerran Naidu had written a letter to the Union Forest Ministry making a request against the renewal of mining license pertaining to the 25.96 hectares land stating that three cases were pending in the matter in different courts.
In the petition, he stated that it was false and misleading information aimed at preventing renewal of license to him as no cases were pending in any court on the said land, said Janardhana Reddy, the Director of OMC. He two newspapers Ch Ramojirao and V Radha Krishna were also included in the case as they had published misleading information about the pending cases in their newspapers. He also alleged that Karnataka Chief Minister Kumaraswamy was also carrying out a misinformation campaign against him.
