Commission takes role of being designated agency to receive complaints on corruption
Hyderabad, August 13, 2007
Petitions and complaints to Andhra Pradesh Vigilance Commission could now be registered online. The Commission is the designated agency to receive written complaints or disclosure on any allegation of corruption or of misuse of office by any employee of the State Government or any Corporation. Government companies or societies and local authorities owned or controlled by the State Government.
According to a press release, petitions or complaints can be emailed vc@ap.gov.in. The official website hosting information about the Vigilance Commission is at http://apvc.ap.nic.in.
