UG Exams at Koti Womens College postponed
Hyderabad, April 9, 2007Seven students who are about to write their college examinations had their ill-luck with some stray dogs that have entered into the college campus from a collapsed wall bit them. The dogs made deep cuts on their skin. A 60-year old ayah too was not spared. Other girl students who came to the rescue of their friends too were attacked. The injured were treated at the Institute of Preventive Medicine in Narayanaguda. An Anti-rabies Vaccine and Rabies Immunoglobulin (RIG) injection would cost about Rs. 1000. The ayah who hails from a poor family had to wait for her relative to get the injuction.
Meanwhile, the college principal, in a release said that the undergraduate examination was postponed but the post graduate exams were as per the schedule.
