Krishnaiah appointed special officer

The Government has decided to ahead with an enquiry into the recently unearthed DPEP Scam. School Education Minister N. Rajyalakshmi told the press that a Departmental enquiry will be conducted on the scam. The Minister said that due action will be taken based on the report submitted after the enquiry is completed.

P Krishnaiah, Secretary of the General Administration Department (GAD) was appointed as the special officer. Krishnaiah is Secretary of School Education till recently.
