Minister feels car manufacturing unit will promote ancillary industries
Hyderabad, April 28, 2007
The Minister for Heavy Industries, J Geetha Reddy said that the Chief Minister, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy would lay foundation stone for the MLR Car Manufacturing unit at Toopran on April 30.
The ceremony would be held at Hyderabad. Speaking to media, she said that the car manufacturing unit would encourage ancillary industries to set shop in the vicinity, thereby developing the Gajwel-Toopran area. The Minister said that the MNC Dupont would invest Rs.200 crores in the district and more companies were evincing interest to invest in Medak.
